I placed the order over a month and a half ago, I've chased up my order and a replacement has been sent but I have still not received it.

Took a while to arrive, but well worth the wait. Great assortment of paints and picture quality first rate.

In itself great, but... The canvas was really scrunched... I just to iron it out but well my moneys just been wasted. Such a shame.

Absolutely awful .Picture wasn’t a good resemblance of picture sent . Paint too dark .Delivery took forever . My own fault was mislead by Uk.Tried to resolve with company they denied it was theirs unless. Disappointed .Would not buy again.

Image of our family dog that we had for 18 years before she passed away last year. Absolutely love it we are going to hang in the hallway. Will definitely purchase more items.

I have done two painting now by from different companies and with both there were things that could be improve to make it a five star. Your packaging was better that the other, as thiers came damaged. Your frame and canvas was off a better quality and more substantial. The paint was already labelled with the other company, however the printing on the pots wore off as you used them. The labels you provide were better, but took a while to stick then all on the pots You could improve the printing on the canvas, theirs was easier to read, as they used thin black/ grey. I found the colour you used faded into the texture of the canvas too much, making lines hard to see and some sections didn't appear to have numbers. They also provided two trays for the pot so they were always easy to find in order and facing upright. They provided a little plastic magnifier to help read the numbers. Both companies could provide a same size page copy of the painting canvas, then it is easier to see and work out where all the sections are, particularly on the more difficult ones with smaller sections. However that aside, I really enjoyed doing the picture and would recommend it. They do look great when finished. The two I did were for wedding presents, both of dogs and I will doing another for a Christmas present. Please let me know if you make these improvements

The kit was nice but was very disappointed that it was sent from Australia! As the company was named Paint by number Kits UK!! ….So it took a lot longer to arrive than i anticipated. I chose the company because I thought it was in the UK & would be a quick delivery but was wrong. Take note when you order.

It took a long time to deliver and there was a number missing from the number plate on the car in the picture...

This one is my 4th painting. I love doing these and find it so relaxing after a very stressful day . Lots more places I've visited that I want to paint . Would highly recommend this company,never had any problems at all .

The subtle changes in the facial tones was magnificent, the only problem I had was the divisions between thinner areas was not marked well enough. I would prefer them to be marked better. This won't be my last personalised purchase!

Sent the wrong painting TWICE and now I’ve requested a refund there is no sign of anyone and no response to my emails.

Definitely have got addicted to these, I’ve done 11 and about to order my 12th. Absolutely love painting them especially for gifts for friends and family, highly recommended

Despite the kit taking 6 weeks to arrive, the quality is excellent: the paints are very pigmented and the painting really represented the picture chosen! Will be purchasing again, my partner loved this gift.

Really pleased with the kit. The picture outlines are light in colour, which cannot be seen once painted, unlike other kits I have had which had black outlines. All areas have numbers, which again, other kits I have bought haven't.. All instructions are really clear and you get number stickers to put onto your paint pots which makes it a lot easier.

I have purchased 5 of these paint by numbers kits and the finished results are amazing. Close up mine look a bit rough, but as you can see from the picture, when hung on the wall it looks like a photograph. You don't need to be a great painter and I have learnt that, where some of the patches are tiny, if you go over the lines, or even cover the tiny ones with the wrong colour, it matters not a jot. I found the brushes aren't that great but do the job OK. I have bought some from elsewhere to give me more choice of which to use. So pleased and have now started to buy them as gifts. Just make sure you order in plenty of time as they can take up to 3 weeks to arrive as they are dispatched from Asia.

Actually an awesome product, really surprised me when I got it but it was a great gift for my sister.

Love these sets. The paint is nice and thick so you don’t have to do more than one layer. All perfectly labelled.

This is my second purchase from painting by numbers, both bought for a friend who loves them. The feedback is that they are of excellent quality and value the only downside is that although it states painting by numbers UK, the finished product comes from china and not the UK so there is quite a few weeks wait for the item to arrive. Because of this I have given 4 stars not 5

This is the first I have painted out of a batch of three I bought, I am really pleased with the results (the photo actually doesn't do it full justice) If the other two are anything as good as this one then I will be over the moon, well ,done for offering a great product at reasonable prices and pretty fast delivery.

I purchased this for a very good friend's birthday. The photo was of him and his wife celebrating his birthday 3 years ago. When I gave it to him as a birthday gift he was over the moon with it as one of his hobbies is painting by numbers. He hasn't completed it yet as he's still working on it otherwise I could've shared the result. Overall he is very satisfied. ☆☆☆☆☆

The picture is now framed so it doesn't do it justice. Really enjoyed painting it and very pleased with outcome. The third picture is the original photograph.

Painted Olive the sausage dog for my son and currently painting my friends parents for her . I love it, very relaxing and takes your mind off everything as you have to concentrate , definately recommend

After seeing a few companies advertising this feature I decided to go with painting by numbers uk. I bought this for a friend and to say she is over the moon is an understatement. Her very words were “ every part of the kit is remarkable quality, the brushes are superb, the paint is amazingly good and the canvass and print are of a standard I’ve never experienced before. I love it” Her exact words - so if she’s happy I’m happy

I’ve completed five custom paint by numbers now and I really love the experience. The only downside is the length of time it takes to receive the kit after ordering. Production time is really quick but the transport time is sloooooooow.

Bought this for my daughter, chose her favourite picture and she loves it. Amazing quality, image is clear and materials are great.

Excellent kit, good frame and canvas. I purchased the 48 colours version and it's looking very realistic. Payment went to Australia and kit came from China so not too sure we're the claimed UK business comes in.

I bought this for a friend who enjoys paint by numbers. I chose a photo from our holiday to create a memory in a special. She absolutely loves it and has asked me to order another one for Christmas!

I was impressed with the quality. I thought it was exceptional value. The detail was amazing. I won’t be doing the painting but a friend who is used to your products will be doing it as a gift for me . I will order again. Hope to post a picture when he has finished it.

Just finished this one of our dog (left) and our daughters dog. already done one of the daughters dog and cat together. She loves this one so much i am having to reorder it for her. These custom kits are amazing when finished and so enjoyable to work on. A real pleasure doing them, they are so life like.

Excellent paint by numbers for adults. I've tried other suppliers and brands but this is the best kit by far.

Generally excellent value for money. Minor queries: 1) Unsure why some kits have paint pots numbered, and others don’t..sometimes stickers enclosed. 2) Why have faint background colours on the canvass? Surely part of pleasure is exploring where you go! 3) Sometimes copy sheet not enclosed. 4) Colour matches to original often inaccurate.This my biggest query. Understand that perfection cannot be guaranteed but you did ask! Anyway my garage is sporting a host of your masterpieces. So well done. RM

The product is fine. The problem is that the company pretend to be UK based. They're name suggests this as does their about us section on their web site that waxes lyrical about local people utilising local resources. However once you place the order, 3 days later you recurrence tracking information to tell you that your parcel is in China. It stays in China for a few weeks and eventually makes it's easy across the globe and a month later arrives. Only a little further investigation reveals that this is actually an Australian company and their definition of local is mighty tenuous. A little honesty goes a long way!!! I ordered this item as a gift and due to the length of time it took to arrive in the UK, I was forced to source an alternative Happy with the product, but bitterly disappointed with the company and their lies

Love love love this! It's such a good idea to let you use your own photos as a paint by numbers. The canvas itself is high quality and the directions are easy to use! The paints are pretty good, and the 48 colours work really well to make a great painting. I will definitely be ordering another one in the future.

Really enjoying my painting by numbers, it is my summer project. The picture is of a place in Spain where we stayed on holiday. The image is intricate and I am looking forward to hhe finished painting

It's coming along. Must say it's taking a long time to complete. I cannot read some of the.numbers they are just like dots. I even tried using a magnifying glass which helped with some. Others I just have to guess. I even asked family members but they couldn't make them out either they are so very small. I'm sure it will turn out OK but just hoping other one I bought at same time us better. I'm afraid to look.

I am loving my paint by numbers projects! I'm on my third one now and have frames arriving today - I'm yet to see how well they look framed... It's hard to see how well they will come out until you're quite a way through but I've not been disappointed yet.
